Full Stack Developer

Full-time · Antwerp (Berchem)

We're building an AI-native operational system that lives inside clients' existing software stacks: CRMs, ad platforms, analytics tools, workflows. The product is already live with paying customers, running in real production environments. Development and usage happen simultaneously. Requirements shift based on what we learn in the wild. If that sounds chaotic, this isn't for you.

What You'll Do

Build an operational brain that ingests data from multiple sources, tracks actions and outcomes, determines what should happen next, and executes autonomously
Backend services and APIs in TypeScript, frontend interfaces in React
Data modeling in PostgreSQL and third-party integrations (CRMs, ads, analytics)
AI-driven reasoning and optimization, observability and reliability tooling
Own core components end-to-end and reason about the system as a whole
Report directly to the Lead AI Developer. No layers, no bureaucracy

You'll Thrive If

You've built and deployed non-trivial full stack systems
You're strong in TypeScript and comfortable across backend and frontend
You've designed schemas, worked with PostgreSQL, and integrated multiple external APIs
You make sound decisions with incomplete information and can explain tradeoffs clearly
You've worked 'zero to one' before, ideally at a startup where you wore multiple hats
You get energized by seeing your code immediately impact real users

You need fully specified requirements before starting work

We're building an AI-powered Go-To-Market engine that helps B2B companies stop guessing and start scaling. The product is live, the market is moving fast, and we need someone who can turn conversations into revenue. You'll own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing. You won't inherit a polished playbook, you'll help write it. If you need a fully built pipeline handed to you, this isn't for you.

What You'll Do

Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
Build and manage your own pipeline of B2B prospects across our ICP
Run sharp discovery calls that uncover real pain and translate it into value
Deliver compelling product demos that connect Falora to concrete business outcomes
Feed insights from the field back into product, messaging, and positioning
Help shape the sales playbook and processes as we scale. Report directly to the founders, no layers

You've closed B2B deals and consistently hit or beaten quota
You're comfortable selling a fast-evolving product in an early-stage environment
You can run the full cycle solo, from first touch to signed contract
